Privacy Notice
This Notice explains how NeuroxTech Global Private Limited, operating Kalaqaar, processes digital personal data. It describes our current practices and rights workflow without making an unconditional compliance certification.
1. Data fiduciary and contact
NeuroxTech Global Private Limited determines the purpose and means of Kalaqaar processing. Nodal & Compliance Officer: Yahya Khan, info@neuroxglobal.com, +91 86559 86955, BLD NO 6/FL NO. 1003, AMARANTE CHS PLOT NO. 4, Raigad, Maharashtra 410209, India. Privacy grievances can be filed through our Grievance Policy.
2. Data we process
Depending on your role, we process account identifiers, contact details, OTP and authentication records, profile and portfolio data, event requirements, communications, booking and payment records, referral attribution, device/security logs, consent evidence, grievance records, and verification results. PAN, bank, GST, Aadhaar-related verification, or other regulated information is collected only when needed and may be processed directly by specialised providers.
3. Purposes
We use data to register and authenticate users; curate profiles; match and coordinate bookings; process payments and payouts; prevent fraud; provide support; meet accounting, tax, safety, and legal duties; resolve disputes; secure and improve the service; and send marketing only where permitted or consented.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on consent where required and on uses permitted by applicable law, including voluntarily provided data needed to deliver a requested service and compliance with legal obligations. Registration records the applicable Terms and Privacy Notice versions, acceptance time, subject, source, and separate media-marketing choice. Optional consent is not required for core service access unless the processing is necessary for that service.
5. Sharing and processors
We share only what is reasonably necessary with matched clients or suppliers, payment and verification providers such as Cashfree, Firebase/Google infrastructure, communications providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and vendors operating under contractual instructions. We do not sell personal data.
6. International and regional processing
Primary Firebase resources are configured for Mumbai where supported. Some providers, support tools, content delivery, authentication, fraud prevention, or AI features may process data in other regions. We minimise transferred data and assess contractual and technical safeguards. Location statements are service-specific, not a promise that every byte remains in India.
7. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, active relationships, safety, disputes, enforcement, and applicable tax, accounting, company, payment, and limitation requirements. Deletion may remove or anonymise eligible profile data while retaining restricted financial, fraud, consent, grievance, and legal records. Final schedules require counsel and finance confirmation.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, a portable export where available, correction, completion, erasure, or withdrawal of optional marketing/media consent, and may nominate or complain as applicable under law. Use the authenticated privacy rights centre. We may verify identity and explain any lawful refusal or retention.
9. Security and incidents
We use access controls, encryption in transit, managed cloud security, audit logging, least-privilege administration, and incident procedures. No system is risk-free. Where applicable, we will notify affected individuals and authorities in the manner and timeframe required by law.
10. Children
Kalaqaar is not designed for children to independently contract. A verified parent or lawful guardian must provide required permission and manage the account. We do not knowingly use children’s data for behavioural advertising.
11. Cookies and changes
See our Cookie Policy. Material notice changes will receive a new version/effective date and, where required, renewed notice or consent. Previous consent evidence remains retained for accountability.
